All sales of flower and edibles are final! Absolutely no refunds on Flower or edibles. No refunds will be issued on any product with a broken seal. No empty bottle returns. If an item is missing from your or a product is faulted or broken, please reach out and we will resolve the matter whether shipping out missing item or offering refund of said item. If a product isn’t giving you desirable results, please reach out as you may be using incorrectly or if it is a certain product you could have technical issues. However, no refunds on products because results aren’t desirable. You assume all sales are final.
We ship within the 50 United States and abroad 1-2 days after placing your order, via USPS First Class Priority Mail, so it should arrive to you within 3-5 business days after placing your order. We have tracking on all of our orders and can easily add a signature confirmation or insurance at an extra cost. Steel City CBD LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as we provide each shipment with a tracking number and do offer insurance and signature confirmation. Once these shipments are scanned into the United States Postal Service System and issued a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for that product. However, if your product appears to be lost or stolen please contact us and we can help you locate your package using the tracking number provided.
